📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews, including coordinating with interviewers and providing feedback.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.,Assist in managing the recruitment calendar and ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
