Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat,Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate order fulfillment,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Providing excellent customer service and support,Updating and maintaining customer records,Assisting in the organization and management of customer data,Providing regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus,Passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a dynamic company
