Fast Food Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive in managing client relationships, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining strong customer service standards.,Support the Account Executive in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the Account Executive.,Assist in coordinating with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of products and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.,Assist in managing the inventory and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the food service industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and food service industry is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
