Plus Shine Group is looking for a talented Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
