📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the bank’s fixed assets, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and properly utilized.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement fixed asset policies and procedures in line with Islamic banking principles and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and manage leasing agreements for fixed assets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient utilization.
• Develop and maintain the bank’s budget, including revenue and expense forecasts, and ensure compliance with budgetary controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on the bank’s financial health, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team on fixed asset management and budgeting matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset management and budgeting, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
