📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging Chinese language lessons tailored to students' needs and levels.,Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor students' progress and provide feedback.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.,Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on teaching methodologies and best practices.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects diversity and individual differences.,Attend to administrative tasks related to class management and student records.,Engage in cultural exchange activities to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.,Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin).,Proven teaching experience in Chinese language education, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.,Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.,Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
