📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the organization's IT systems and operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT governance practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT systems are secure, compliant, and efficient.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT governance practices and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in IT governance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance and to address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Certifications in IT governance, risk management, or compliance, such as CISM, CGEIT, or COBIT.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with IT risk management tools, such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ControlRisk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
