📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including cashiers, accountants, and financial analysts.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and reports.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Monitor and control cash flow and bank reconciliation.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and develop the accounting team.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
