📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they deliver outstanding service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and tools for restaurant management.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
