📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Implement and manage sales promotions and marketing strategies to drive store performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales data.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
