📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
