📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and track business development KPIs and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business development tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
