📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management and board of directors.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff.,Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
