📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
