Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Oversee the recruitment and selection process.Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.Design and deliver training and development programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Handle employee benefits and compensation.Lead HR projects and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
