Fast Shine Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Belawan. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
