📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records and transactions to identify areas of risk and potential fraud.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
