📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve our training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training and development opportunities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training providers and materials.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
