📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and communication.,Monitor and analyze client performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and effective campaign execution.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of client interactions and sales activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships and sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.
