Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and account management.,Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and bakery industry is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
