Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and operations.,Create and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our data analysis capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of data analysts.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
