🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or operational environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
