📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, including but not limited to, milking machines, pasteurizers, and packaging systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule and perform repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to uphold high standards of performance and safety.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production output.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, particularly in the dairy manufacturing sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
