📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate Mandarin language services and programs.
  • Develop and implement training materials and lesson plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the quality of language training.
  • Promote our Mandarin language programs to attract new students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  • Assist in the development of new Mandarin language courses.
  • Provide customer service to students and parents.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mandarin language, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mandarin language teaching or management.
  • Fluent in Mandarin language (HSK 5 or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Mandarin language teaching (preferred).
