📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
