Berkah Fajar Boutique is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of reservations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and lobby.,Handle front desk operations, including managing keys, providing information about the hotel, and assisting with guest requests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.,Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols at the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including email, phone systems, and reservation software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience with remote work is a plus.
