📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Provide product information and answer customer questions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer needs.

Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to work remotely.
