📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis, and financial reports.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.,Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial training and support to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
