📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective inventory control systems and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Proven track record of improving inventory processes and reducing costs.
