📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement test strategies for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test issues to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Lead and mentor junior test engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
  • Continuously monitor and improve test processes and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in test equipment and software tools.
  • Experience with industry standards such as ISO, SEMI, and IPC.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
