📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees.
- Review and advise on legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
- Train and mentor junior legal staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with coffee industry regulations and practices is a plus.
- Valid legal practitioner's license is a requirement.
