Construction Field Supervisor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met
• Manage and coordinate a team of field workers, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare and submit progress reports, including site photographs and documentation
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction field supervision
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
