📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to drive sales growth.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our brand.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the distribution industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
