📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of F&B staff to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability
• Train and develop new staff to maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and expenses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
