HR Recruitment Specialist - Talent Acquisition for Live Entertainment

Join our dynamic team as an HR Recruitment Specialist focused on sourcing and acquiring top-tier talent for the live entertainment industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates for Host Live Dancer positions at Private Advertiser in Tangerang, Banten. You'll be working closely with our creative directors and production teams to understand the unique needs of our events, ensuring we attract and hire the best dancers for our high-energy performances.

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in the live entertainment sector. You'll use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor to source candidates, and you'll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to find the most talented dancers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent for Host Live Dancer roles.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other industry-specific platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors and production teams to understand event-specific requirements and ensure we attract the right candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry networks and recruitment agencies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition for the live entertainment sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role in the live entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top-tier talent.
• Strong understanding of the live entertainment industry, including knowledge of popular events, platforms, and trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
