📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior and furniture construction projects.,Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.,Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.,Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.,Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on all project sites.,Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.,Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in interior and furniture construction.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
