📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support for financial systems including ERP, accounting, and payroll software.,Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure uptime and efficiency.,Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and new features.,Train and support end-users on the use of financial systems.,Conduct regular system audits and report findings to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation.,Participate in project teams to support system enhancements and new initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial systems support.,Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.,Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
