In this contract-based leadership position, you will drive merchant operations, governance, and strategic initiatives to enhance merchant satisfaction and business growth in Jakarta Pusat.

As a Merchant Relations Team Lead, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration between merchants, our platform, and our customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing merchant onboarding processes, training programs, and performance metrics to optimize merchant engagement and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of Merchant Relations Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and implement merchant onboarding and governance processes using tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Monitor merchant performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve merchant issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct regular merchant training sessions and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Analyze merchant data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as a liaison between them and the Akulaku platform.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve merchant relations strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchant relations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and merchant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
